- No physical items are shipped.

- All sales are final due to the immediate, intangible, and irrevocable nature of digital products.
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the purchase has been completed, except as required by applicable law.
3. Exceptions for Defective Products
We will address exceptions in the following cases:
- If you are unable to access or download the digital product due to a technical issue on our side.
- If the digital product you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the description presented on our website.
If you face such issues, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the problem. We will work to resolve the issue by:
- Providing a replacement file, OR
- Issuing a store credit or refund (at our discretion) if the problem cannot be resolved.
